Bench, planter or recycling/trash receptacle plaque inscriptions are subject to vendor/customer proof approval with these general guidelines: Bench plaques are rectangular (2″ x 10″) with up to 5 text lines and approximately 48 characters per line including spaces. Planter and recycling/trash receptacle plaques are circular (7.75″ diameter) with up to 9 text lines and a varying number of characters per line.

The fund will attempt to honor inscription requests to the extent practical, however, configuration of the courtyard is subject to change by the school district. RFE reserves the right to refuse to honor inappropriate inscription requests at our sole discretion.
